I must say, I think the main takeaway from this video is how much extra weight you have to cart around with a car (even if you have removed most of its car-ness).

This is probably no more unsafe than the Pedal Pub, which the city of Minneapolis, in its infinite wisdom, allows on most streets (but not parkways, as I recall).
Wow. That's both awesome and stupid. I guess the visibility of the vehicle on the road isn't really an issue, but still...
